Pre-Incubation is the entry point of the summit — built for early talent: aspiring founders, students and people with an idea, skills or ambition but not yet a formed startup. The focus is on the fundamentals — validating your idea, finding co-founders and teammates, and learning how startups actually get built. How to use it: join the daily Talent program blocks and the workshops in the Big Hall, book 1-on-1 mentoring to pressure-test your idea, and sit in on the evening campfire talks to learn first-hand from experienced founders.
