Billy Lyell

Billy is a strategic operator with experience at Startup Wise Guys, where he worked alongside leadership teams across strategy, culture, events, and talent. Over the last year, he has helped build a fund and soft-landing program for proptech and contech startups in Saudi Arabia, while supporting senior leaders across investing, operations, and growth through strategic thinking, adaptability, and a strong focus on high-impact execution. He is currently building his first startup, Stone Cycle, a secondary market for excess building materials designed to create the infrastructure needed to support the EU’s 2030 circular economy goals.
