16 years of experience in product development, innovations, designing and leading a wide range of pre-acceleration and incubation programs across Baltics and Ukraine. She has developed and delivered tailored initiatives for students, early-stage founders, and social innovators — from mindset-focused bootcamps to structured venture-building tracks. As Program Lead at Startup Wise Guys, she oversaw international pre-acceleration programs that supported nearly a thousand founders from Europe and Africa, empowering first-time entrepreneurs to take initiative and address meaningful challenges.
