Ani Oganesyan

Ani Oganesyan , Phd. is a Senior Ventures Associate at Plug and Play, where she works with startups, investors, and corporate partners across the Caucasus, Central Asia, and Southern Europe, leading startup sourcing, evaluation, and investment activities. Previously, she led venture building and portfolio growth at UDT/X VC Studio and managed global technology scouting programs for Enel, Michelin, Ferring, and PepsiCo at GenerationS (RVC/RDIF), screening more than 1,500 startups. She also launched an international export acceleration program that helped over 30 startups expand globally, generating more than $25 million in additional revenue. Ani is the creator of the MBA Accelerator for Entrepreneurs at RUDN University, a mentor for international accelerator programs, and a growth tracker for B2B startups in Industry 4.0, Robotics, PropertyTech, ClimateTech.
