Pauline Plisson

Pauline Plisson has 20 years experience in energy transition and climate tech. As Innovation Director of Naldeo Group, an engineering and consulting firm based in France, she helps clients decarbonize their activities by leveraging technologies selected by Naldeo’s experts. Prior to joining Naldeo, she worked for an industrial conglomerate serving clients in hard-to-abate industries such as Steel, Cement, Aluminium, Glass and Automotive manufacturing. She also serves as a board member of start-ups and NGOs committed to environmental sustainability. Pauline holds an Engineering degree from Ecole des Mines in Paris and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
