Yerem Khalatyan

Yerem Khalatyan began his career in IT in 2014 as a software developer, gaining hands-on experience in both product and service-based companies. He later founded InConcept Labs, a software development firm, and Liveboard, an edtech startup. Through Liveboard, Yerem and his team have participated in several international acceleration programs, including Startup Wise Guys (Riga), Hero House (Yerevan), Founder Institute (Yerevan), and 500 Startups Georgia (Tbilisi). Today, Yerem also serves as a fractional CTO, supporting one of their largest clients in developing MobiClocks — a time and attendance system for the construction industry that has surpassed several million dollars in ARR. He brings deep product-building experience across education, construction, logistics, and AI, and often mentors startups on idea validation, MVP definition, product development, team building, and hiring.
