My job sits at a tension most consultants don't talk about: chasing the right work, then delivering it without breaking the teams behind it. After 11+ years in program and delivery management, that crossroads is where I do my best work. I'm currently Associate Partner at Civitta, where I lead delivery operations and client work across a global network of partners and clients. Before that, I spent nine years at HackTech LLC, growing from Project Manager to Chief Operations Officer — building the program management function from the ground up and leading delivery governance across 10+ concurrent international engagements with clients in the US, UK, and EU. What I do: • Lead complex digital transformation programs from strategy through delivery • Build and run PMOs, delivery operations, and resource/augmentation plans • Coach product, engineering, and delivery teams in Agile practices and stakeholder management • Host Digital Shifts and Corporate Evolution Tales — conversations with leaders on what transformation actually looks like behind the slides Who I work with: technology, advisory, and innovation-driven organizations across industries and geographies — from SaaS platforms and consumer brands to consulting firms and digital agencies.
