Juanita Corredor currently works as Program Manager and Venture Builder at Vali Berlin – the Entrepreneurship Hub at ESMT, where she supports early-stage founders from ideation through pre-seed funding, combining hands-on operational guidance with executive coaching on founder mindset and leadership. Juanita is a trained lawyer, policy expert, certified coach, and entrepreneur with over 12 years of international experience across the public, private, and startup sectors in Latin America and Europe. With experience spanning higher education, innovation, and entrepreneurship, Juanita works closely with founders, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners to foster entrepreneurial talent and drive venture creation. She is passionate about building inclusive innovation ecosystems and helping individuals transform ideas into impactful and sustainable businesses. Originally from Colombia and based in Berlin, Juanita brings an international perspective to entrepreneurship and founder development. She is particularly interested in entrepreneurship education, ecosystem building, and empowering diverse founders to turn ambitious ideas into successful ventures.
