Hayk Muradyan

Hayk Muradyan is an Armenian-born Mexican entrepreneur, investor, attorney, and real estate developer. Born in Armenia, he moved to Mexico at the age of nine without speaking Spanish or English, where he built his personal and professional journey through education, resilience, and entrepreneurship. He holds degrees in International Business and Law. Hayk is a Founding Partner at AKTIV Legal Advisors, a firm specializing in corporate law, tax advisory, mergers and acquisitions, investment structures, and strategic business advisory for entrepreneurs, family businesses, and investors. He is also the Founder and CEO of Arzek Capital, a real estate development company focused on creating premium residential and hospitality projects in Mexico, overseeing every stage from investment and development to branding, sales, and operations. In addition, Hayk serves as Vice President of Productive Sectors at the Guadalajara Chamber of Commerce, one of Mexico’s most influential business organizations, where he actively promotes entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration among business leaders. Throughout his career, Hayk has advised entrepreneurs and investors on business expansion, strategic partnerships, corporate structuring, tax planning, and cross-border opportunities. Having built his career in one of Latin America’s largest economies, he is particularly passionate about helping companies explore opportunities in Mexico, a market of more than 130 million consumers, and creating stronger business connections between Armenia and Latin America.
